Ahmed Abdel Latif with a real estate experience of 25 years that enhanced in well-known real estate companies under names; (Ofouk, Elrabwa and Green Waves) that developed in El Sheikh Zayed, North Coast, and Alexandria. The group of companies of (Ofok, Green Waves and ElRabwa) have a ground – breaking history with reputable successes across multifarious fields, starting from residential compounds to business and medical complex in 2014 the three market leaders in the real estate industry came together to establish Egyptian Developers for real estate developments. Egyptian Developers holistic approach to building new communities encompasses all the processes from vision to design, construction, finishing and maintenance. The harmonious marriage of architecture and landscape in all of our residential communities is a result f very specific and detailed study and design. The company have successfully delivered on schedule several compounds in El Sheikh Zayed, and with more projects currently under construction in New Cairo, Sokhna and North Coast.
