Project Description

In addition to remarkable and outstanding views, Soleya provides intimate leisure facilities and social
amenities in the form of a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym and much more to fulfil a diverse community’s
need. Soleya is derived from an amalgamation of English and French. Taken from the English language,
Salsola is a unique, rare; desert flower found in shrubbery. This is a representation of the landscape in
which we chose to build upon. Moreover, Soleil, meaning sun in French, symbolises the vast abundance of
natural light available to all of our properties.
